Situated in the left side of the East Range the Chaff House is the largest of our one bedroom holiday cottages and offers spacious accommodation for two people.
The cottage features the largest lounge of our one bedroom cottages and has comfortable seating for up to five people. One of the sofas converts into a double bed that can be used to accommodate an additional two people
for an extra charge.
A dining table with four chairs is also provided.
There is a freeview television and dvd player together with a radio/cd player for your entertainment.
The lounge leads to an open plan kitchen area which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and automatic washing machine. There is also a full range of kitchen utensils for your self catering needs.
A hall with doorway to the rear grasslands also
gives access to the large shower room.
A
double bedroom with twin beds and views across the Lincolnshire countryside is again accessed form the hallway. Bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change if required.
The whole building is centrally heated which is controlled by a simple thermostat in the lounge area.
A super cottage for two people requiring a spacious living area, or a small family who do not mind the inconvenience of sleeping on a sofa bed.
The Chaff House was completed in March 2005 and is one of six cottages situated at Stewton which is two miles from Louth in Lincolnshire.
